3. Pricing
Prices listed are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your ship-to state. Promotional pricing and bundle discounts may end without prior notice.
If a pillow is listed for less than we intend to sell it, we'll email you and offer either a full refund or a chance to pay the difference.
4. Order acceptance
Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send you the confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order for fraud or operational reasons; refunds are issued in full if we refuse.
5. Payment
All major U.S.-issued credit cards. FSA / HSA cards accepted for some pillow configurations — contact support@crestlinerest.com to check eligibility before checkout. Payments charge at order placement.
6. Shipping
Free ground shipping in the contiguous 48 states. Orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 3–5 business days later. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses are available with a surcharge calculated at checkout. International shipping at cost on request — email us for a quote.
Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier marks the package delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but the pillow isn't there, contact us within 7 days.
7. The 30-night trial
If the pillow doesn't suit you, send it back within 30 nights of delivery for a full refund. The pillow can be slept-on; that's expected. We pay return shipping in the lower 48. Refunds land on the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
One trial per household; second-order returns are final. Returned pillows in good condition are donated to local shelters; non-donatable returns are recycled.
8. The 2-year warranty
Every pillow is warrantied for two years from the date of original purchase against (a) memory foam losing more than 15% of its support height, (b) cover seam separation in normal use, (c) cooling-thread degradation that creates visible discoloration, and (d) any manufacturing defect. To claim, email warranty@crestlinerest.com with your order number and a photo. Approved claims are replaced free.
Not covered
- Stains from prolonged misuse — cover is machine-washable; we don't replace pillows because the cover got stained when it wasn't washed for months.
- Damage from machine-washing the foam core. The foam is not machine-washable; only the cover is.
- Pets clawing or chewing the pillow. The cover is reinforced but not pet-proof.
9. Medical disclaimer
The Crestline Rest pillow is a sleep accessory designed to reduce common neck, jaw, and shoulder discomfort for side sleepers. It is not FDA-cleared to diagnose, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a chronic pain condition, post-surgical recovery needs, are pregnant, or use a CPAP machine, please consult your physician before use. Individual results vary; we do not promise relief for any specific condition.
10. Acceptable use of the website
You may not (a) attempt to access non-public areas, (b) interfere with site operation, (c) scrape content or pricing, or (d) submit fake orders. Site content is copyright Crestline Rest.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Vermont law. Disputes are submitted to binding arbitration in Chittenden County, Vermont, except either party may bring a small-claims action.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; new versions apply to orders placed after the update.
